Cool early morning, hand select picked then graded again to first class resulting in an alluring array of sweet dried full flavours with a lucious lingering finish of rich and unique wine bursting with the distinctive aromas and taste of lychees, sweet orange blossom and subtle spices. A harmonious and hedonistic wine that is delicious sweet and smooth that we recommend pairing with more delicate desserts and such as to not overshadow the wine. No fining. Low sulphites.
